2. What data we process and why

• Bookings and client care: name, telephone number and email address, to manage your appointments, confirm them, remind you of them and look after you. Legal basis: performance of the contract or of the pre-contractual measures you request.
• Purchases: also the data needed to invoice and deliver your order. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation.
• Client record and treatments: the history of your appointments, purchases, signed consent forms and, where applicable, the health data you give us so that we can carry out the treatment safely (allergies, contraindications). Legal basis: performance of the contract and your explicit consent.
• Marketing communications (news, promotions, greetings): only if you tick the corresponding box. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. How long we keep it

For as long as you are a client and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting and tax documentation). If you ask for erasure, we anonymise your record, keeping only what the law requires us to keep.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is received only by the providers who supply us with services as data processors (hosting of the management system, email delivery and payment gateways such as Stripe or Redsys when you pay online) and by the authorities when the law requires it. Your card details are handled directly by the payment gateway: they never pass through our servers.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability from your client account, at the centre itself or through the contact details on this page. If you consider that we have not processed your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Minors

The services on this site are aimed at people over 14. Bookings for minors must be made by their parents or guardians.
